Shanghai, is a renowned international metropolis drawing more and more attention from all over the world. A top shopping spot in Shanghai is Nanjing Road, but there are many other streets and areas with tourist attractions and shops. Shanghai Tour Attractions

The Bund

The Bund is a famous waterfront and regarded as the symbol of Shanghai. It is located on the west bank of Huangpu River spanning 1500 meters (0.93 mile) in length. One of the most attractive sights is the various buildings with different architectural styles including Gothic, Baroque, Romanesque, Classicism and the Renaissance. Standing by the Bund, tourists can have a snap-shot view of the scenery of Pudong Area and Huangpu River.

Nanjing Road

China's premier shopping street. The 3.4 miles long Nanjing Road starts at the Bund in the east and ends in the west at the junction of Jing'an Temple and Yan'an West Street. Today, the Nanjing Road is a must see metropolitan destination attracting thousands of fashion-seeking shoppers from all over the world.

Yuyuan Garden

Yuyuan Garden is a famous classical garden in Shanghai and was constructed by a government officer of the Ming Dynasty in 1577. This garden was specially built for the officer's parents as a place for them to enjoy a tranquil and happy time in their old age.

Xin Tian Di

Located in the center of Shanghai City, the Xin Tian Di has become an urban tourist attraction that holds the historical and cultural legacies of the city. Shanghai Xin Tian Di is a fashionable pedestrian street composed of unique ancient and modern architecture style. When walking into Xin Tian Di, you will get the taste both of Shanghai in the 1920's and the modern lifestyle of the 21st century.

Zhujiajiao Water Town

Located in a suburb of Shanghai city, Zhujiajiao is a well known ancient water town with a history of more than 1700 years. Covering an area of 47 square kilometers, the little town is the best preserved among the four ancient towns in Shanghai. The ancient bridges across bubbling streams and small rivers shaded by willow trees will bring people who have been living in the modern big city to a brand-new world full of antiquity, leisure and tranquillity.
