Tour Reservation:

• A non-refundable deposit of $100 per person ($200 per person for cruise tour) is required with confirmation of the reservation.
• Balance payment must be made 45 days prior to the date of tour departure. Failure to comply with the deposit and balance payment requirements may result in automatic cancellation of your reservation.
• Payment can be made by bank draft, money order, check, wire transfer and credit cards ( USA holders only ).
• Reservation for all domestic flights, train, cruises and hotel accommodations in China

Cancellation and Refund:
Cancellation charge will be incurred if participants cancel a confirmed tour within the following periods:

• 30-20 days before departure.......................................10% of tour cost.
• 19-14 days before departure.......................................30% of tour cost.
• 13-04 days before departure.......................................60% of tour cost.
• Cancellation within 3 days..........................................100% of tour cost.

Responsibility:

• All tours in China and Hong Kong are handled by China International Travel Service (CITS), China Travel Service, (CTS) or other authorized travel agencies, who reserve the right to change and readjust the tour schedule, transportation, hotel accommodation and services indicated in the brochure in the event of unforeseen circumstance. Tour itineraries and prices are subject to change without prior notice.
• We strongly recommend tour participants to purchase travel insurance to protect against any unforeseen circumstances before or during the trip. Travel insurance can be arrange either through our company or individually.
• We reserve the right to adjust the tour prices at any time should there be any fluctuation in the exchange rate or increases in the cost of any portion of the tour.
• Sunshine Travel International USA Inc. acts in the capacity of tour operator only for clients in making all tour arrangements in China and Hong Kong. All coupons, receipts and tickets issued by Sunshine Travel are subject to the terms and conditions stipulated by the suppliers. Sunshine Travel shall be exempt from any liability for loss, damage to property, accidents, delays, irregularities or other occurrence beyond its control. Should there be any change of arrival/departure time and the entry/exit transportation used by the tour, Sunshine Travel shall not held responsibility for the loss caused thereof.
