China Visa Service

Individual tourist Visa requirements:

1. One completed application form with your signature.
2. One recent 2 " x 2 " Passport photo (color or black and white).
3. A valid passport (must be at least 6 months from the date of travel),with available blank pages for visa stamp.

Visa fee:

1. $170 per person including our service & handling fee for individual or multi-entry.

Group visa requirements:

1. Minimum of 5 people traveling together, must arrive/depart China at same time.
2. Each participant's full name, passport number, sex, birth, nationality and occupation (Please see the group visa form as below) along with a passport copy (the first page of passport) and a copy of tour confirmation letter from your China land travel agency.
3. Arrival & departure date to China with the names of each city to visit (by city visiting order).

Visa fee: $140 per person.

General Visa Requirements:

1. Itinerary of travel arrangement provided by travel agent or a hotel reservation in Mainland China ( including the applicant's name, date, hotel name, address & phone no. )

2. Round trip air ticket to and from Mainland China ( Both original and copy )

3. Certificate of Financial Guarantee ( Such as latest banking certificate or statement, letter of sponsorship, etc.)

4. Proof of Vacation by you employer

(additional requirements for business Visa)

5.Business invitation letter from mainland China (original or fax copy, the letter must specify your name, sponsor's name & position, company's name, address, & telephone number, purpose & duration of visit and same address of your stay, etc.)

6. Confirmation letter from your employer in the United States (The letter must specify the applicant's name & position, the employer's name & position, the company's name, address & phone number, also purpose, time duration and person or company to visit, and guarantee for expenses in China, etc.)

7. Visa notice from an authorized department of China (by provincial or municipal foreign affairs office or economic & trade office, fax copy acceptable)

Federal Express Delivery Charges (Continental USA only - for sending either individual and group visa to you):

- For 2nd business day delivery: $20 per package/location delivery
- For priority overnight: $25 per package/location delivery
- For Alaska, Puerto Rico, Hawaii and USVI FedEx: $50 per package/location delivery or you can send us a return envelope along with $5 service fee.

* If you provide own express mail envelope or air bill account number, then please pay $5 as our service fee instead of above charge.

It takes about 7-9 working days to return your individual or group visa after we receive your documents and payment (please make check payable to Sunshine Travel USA). Express visa service (3-5 days) and multiple-entry visa service (for 6-12 months) is available upon request.
